To try and reduce excessive sweating through your clothing, the best thing you can do is wear light breathable fabrics, as well as lighter colours to help reflect the sun and keep you cool.
Avoiding certain foods and drinks
To avoid certain foods, caffeine is typically seen as the worst things that someone can consume if they are trying to avoid sweating, this is because it stimulates our adrenal glands which causes sweat to be produced on the palms, feet, and underarms.
Use an effective deodorant / antiperspirant
Deodorant and antiperspirant are great for preventing sweat as well as the smell of it. Apply deodorant before bed and in the morning everyday for the best results.
